FMCSA Sending Notices to Submit Drug and Alcohol Test Results

Randomly selected truck and bus companies must submit their calendar year 2014 results to FMCSA by May 15, 2015.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration announced March 30 that, in accordance with 49 CFR 382.403, it has begun notifying selected truck and bus companies to submit their annual DOT drug and alcohol testing program results to FMCSA.

These notifications are being emailed to randomly selected motor carriers. Selected are responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of their submitted data.

Companies that are selected must submit their calendar year 2014 results by May 15, 2015.
