NACOSH to Discuss Diacetyl, Ethics Rules
OSHA announced it will hold a meeting of the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health (NACOSH) July 15 in Washington, D.C., to discuss topics including the agency's recordkeeping initiative and ethics rules. The tentative agenda also includes a presentation on the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act panel report on occupational exposure to diacetyl and food flavorings containing diacetyl. Updates on OSHA and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health activities also will be presented.
Written comments and requests to make oral presentations may be submitted electronically at www.regulations.gov, the Federal eRulemaking Portal.
